The Toyota GR Supra A90/A91 is a rear-wheel-drive sports car powered by the 3.0L turbocharged B58 inline-six, producing up to 382 hp and 368 lb-ft of torque in North American specification. The manual version uses a 6-speed intelligent Manual Transmission (iMT) developed for the high-output engine, along with an active differential, adaptive variable suspension, and electronically controlled chassis systems.

Toyota introduced the manual transmission for the 2023 model year, with revised gear ratios, a larger clutch, and software calibration designed specifically around the B58's torque output. Combined with its short wheelbase, near 50:50 weight distribution, rear-wheel drive, and active differential, the manual A90 Supra gives the fifth-generation car a more direct connection between its turbocharged inline-six and chassis.
