The Nissan 300ZX (Z32, 1990–1996) was offered with a naturally aspirated or 3.0L twin-turbocharged VG30DETT V6, with the turbo version producing 300 hp and 283 lb-ft of torque in North American specification. Power was sent through a 5-speed manual or 4-speed automatic transmission, with rear-wheel drive, while available chassis technology included Super HICAS four-wheel steering, electronically adjustable suspension, and a limited-slip differential.
The Z32 used a multi-link independent suspension and lightweight aluminum components to improve handling, while the twin-turbo model added intercoolers, larger brakes, and additional cooling hardware.
