Ford Performance developed the Bronco Raptor as an Ultra4-inspired desert racer, bringing serious high-speed off-road capabilities into a factory package. Rather than basic lift kits or decorative graphics, it commands a massive road presence with integrated composite fender flares that widen the track by nearly 10 inches over a standard Bronco. Removable doors, a modular hardtop, and heavy-duty steel bash plates give it an aggressive look that bridges open-air trail utility with widebody hyper-truck engineering.

Mounted in the reinforced chassis sits a 3.0-liter twin-turbocharged EcoBoost V6 producing 418 horsepower and 440 lb-ft of torque, mated to a fast-shifting 10-speed automatic transmission. It rides on heavy-duty Dana 44 front and Dana 60 rear axles with 37-inch BFGoodrich all-terrain tires straight from the factory. The suspension uses a HOSS 4.0 setup with Fox 3.1 Live Valve internal bypass dampers, continuously reading the terrain to adjust damping rates hundreds of times per second to absorb massive jumps and high-speed desert washouts.
